To request a student wellbeing appointment, please complete this form 

  • We will respond to you via text message (unless advised otherwise) to arrange an initial appointment with the Wellbeing Team.
  • Once an invitation has been sent to you, please respond to confirm or re-schedule the appointment. The appointment is likely to last around 45mins/ hour.
  • The Wellbeing Practitioner will listen to you and work alongside you to explore the next steps in making positive changes, identify the most suitable external support options and guide you through this process.

Please be aware that there are times when this service is in high demand, if you are unable to attend arranged appointments or no longer require the service, please let us know so we can ensure that other students have access to this.
