Smokers are more vulnerable to contracting Covid 19 and to dispersing it through smoke/vapor

There are many benefits to quitting smoking; to your health, finances and for those around you. 

Most struggle to quit smoking using will power alone. The most effective way is to consult your local stop smoking service, your doctors surgery/local health centre will have more info on this.

There are myths that using an e-cig or vaporiser is just as bad a cigarette. This is not true. Public Health England have stated that they are 95% safer for your body than cigarettes. Nicotine is not the most dangerous bit of a cigarette, see the diagram above.
